暗能量光谱仪概览

摘要

暗能量光谱仪(Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument, DESI)正在建造中,以利用重子声学振荡技术测量宇宙的膨胀历史。在实验寿命期间,将测量 14000 平方度上 3500 万个星系和类星体的光谱。为 KPNO Mayall 望远镜研制的新主焦点改正镜将把光输送到 5000 个光纤定位器。这些光纤进而馈入十台宽带光谱仪。我们介绍该仪器的概览、主要技术要求与挑战,以及项目的当前状态。
