摘要

本文概述了 Advanced LIGO(aLIGO)中使用的自适应光学系统,即热补偿系统(TCS)。热补偿系统旨在最大限度地减少干涉仪光学模式中由热引起的空间畸变,并为 aLIGO 核心光学元件的静态曲率误差提供一些校正。TCS 由环形加热器执行器、空间可调 CO_{2} 激光投影仪和 Hartmann 波前传感器组成。该系统满足校正 Advanced LIGO 中名义畸变的要求,在激光束上加权后,最大残余误差为 5.4nm,适用于高达 125W 的干涉仪激光输入功率。
