Ostwald熟化与降雨起始动力学

摘要
云物理学的一个核心问题是理解水滴增长的动力学。据信，在中等尺寸水滴的增长中存在一个“凝结-碰并瓶颈”。本文将Lifshitz-Slezov的Ostwald熟化理论应用于雨滴增长的动力学。分析表明，降雨起始的动力学障碍并不显著。研究还表明，Ostwald熟化可以极大地提高重力下落水滴的表观碰撞效率。
