摘要
结构中的有序与无序在材料性质理论预测中发挥关键作用。然而,这种结构描述对诸如高熵合金(HEA)这类新型材料族而言并不有效,这些材料兼具晶体学有序性和化学无序性。本文针对五元HEA作为纯固溶体,展示了其化学无序性如何产生第二光谐波,从而突破中心对称晶体在理论上的限制。此外,我们发现,这种源自HEA固有的无序性为非线性光发射设定了阈值,从4阶提升至26阶。由于五元HEA能级展宽0.5 eV,其发射光谱覆盖广可见光(400-650 nm)和红外(800-1600 nm)范围。除了对非传统材料进行非线性效应理论预测的挑战外,HEA结构有序与化学无序的二义性为设计迫切需要的光学材料提供了可持续的替代方案。
