两带 Hubbard 模型中的轨道选择性 Mott-Hubbard 相变

摘要
近期量子蒙特卡洛模拟在杂质问题上的进展，使得在具有窄/宽带和 SU(2) 对称 Hund 交换的两带 Hubbard 模型中进行更深入的研究成为可能。该相变的性质曾存在争议，我们证明确实存在轨道选择性 Mott-Hubbard 相变。具体而言，宽带在窄带呈绝缘态后仍表现出金属行为——而非类似于 Ising Hund 交换所致的 pseudogap。两种解的共存（宽带金属且窄带为绝缘或金属）表明该相变为一级相变。
