单个和耦合轮式谐振器中的光机械转换

摘要
本报告研究了单个和两个侧耦合轮式谐振器中的光机械转换。在单个谐振器中，光机械转换灵敏度由谐振器的光学和机械品质因数决定。在耦合谐振器中，光机械转换与两个谐振器中的能量分布有关，而能量分布强烈依赖于输入失谐。与单个谐振器相比，即使其中一个谐振器的光学和机械品质因数下降，耦合谐振器仍能提供非常灵敏的光机械转换。
