摘要
近来持续有一种趋势，将被称为区块链的基于加密货币的账本系统应用于非金融领域。随着我们步入智慧城市时代，物联网（IoT）仍是主要的应用领域之一，其中可见诸多待改进之处。本文初步探讨将区块链的关键特性应用于医疗应用网络，使患者健康数据能够以安全且隐私的方式用于向已认证的医疗提供者生成重要告警。本文还介绍了基于区块链的安全方法在物联网中的优势与实际障碍。
