在COSINUS实验中开发的remoTES设计使得更广泛的材料能够作为低温量热计运行,并通过过渡边缘传感器读出。在这种配置中,TES被制造在单独的芯片上,并通过金链接热耦合到吸收体。remoTES概念已在各种目标材料上成功测试。为了进一步提高探测器性能并充分利用远程耦合设计的优势,使用硅吸收体作为基准进行了一系列优化研究。这项工作评估了几项旨在降低热边界电阻并增强硅remoTES界面(特别是从吸收体到声子收集器以及从声子收集器到TES)信号传输的测量。通过测试新的金链接设计和三种不同的声子收集器配置(金、铜和铝/金),我们使用铝/金声子收集器实现了(21.5 +/- 0.3)eV的基线分辨率。
