摘要
电子自旋的光学操控对固态量子信息处理非常有益。在这封信中，我们对掺杂和未掺杂量子点中单电子自旋的超快光学操控进行了比较研究。研究表明，由于需求相对较少，实验突破可以初步在未掺杂量子点中实现。
