基于物理不可克隆函数的光学识别

摘要
据我们所知,本工作首次在光通信系统网络中引入基于物理不可克隆函数(physical unclonable functions)的光学识别(optical identification, OI)概念。OI为网络的每个子系统分配一个光学指纹及相应的数字表示,并以不同度量估计其可靠性。我们强调OI作为物理层方法在安全性、识别、认证与监控方面的巨大潜在应用。为识别网络中的大多数子系统,我们提议使用瑞利背向散射(Rayleigh backscattering)图样,它是一种光学物理不可克隆函数,可通过简单流程实现OI且无需额外设备。文中描述了OI在网络中光纤与路径识别以及量子密钥分发系统中用户认证的应用。
