双球体中基础回音壁模式的光学耦合

摘要
如果两个相同的微球体（每个球体中都激发了基础回音壁模式）发生光学耦合，会发生什么？基于耦合模论点的传统观点认为，将形成两个具有分裂频率的新模式：成键模式和反成键模式。在本文中，我们利用精确的多球体 Mie 理论证明，实际上，试图耦合两个微球体的基础模式会导致复杂的多共振光学响应，其场分布显著偏离耦合模类型理论的预测。
