摘要
红失谐于吸收边的强相干激光辐射，可以反应性地激活 n 型顺磁半导体中可观的霍尔型电荷和自旋输运，这是 k 空间贝里曲率从价带转移到光子修饰的导带的结果。在存在无序的情况下，光致霍尔电导可以随激光强度改变符号。
