非退火参数挤荡 regime 下半导体微腔中的光双稳态性: 与光学参数挤荡器的类比

摘要
我们报告了在微腔上施加“魔术角度”泵浦时观察到的光双稳态性。实验证据表明，随着泵浦强度或激发位置的变化， nonlinear 发射呈现出滞回循环。通过简单的理论考虑，我们阐明了该系统与光学参数挤荡器之间的根本性类比。
