面向 Aspera 小型卫星任务的 Far-紫外光光谱仪的光学对准技术

摘要

Aspera 是一颗旨在研究近邻星系暗面 OVI 发射的 NASA 天体物理家族小型卫星任务,其有效载荷由两个完全相同的罗瓦尔dt圆类型长槽光谱仪组成,这两个光谱仪共享单个微通道板探测器。每个光谱仪通道由一个离轴抛物面 primary mirror 和一个针对 1013-1057 埃尔弗韦尔带宽优化的扭转衍射 grating 组成。尽管配置简单,Aspera 的光学对准/集成过程仍具有挑战性,这源于紧凑结构导致的严苛光学对准容差,以及 Far-紫外光光学和探测器的污染敏感性。本文讨论了如何采用 novel 多阶段方法以满足这些要求,运用最先进的光学测量工具。对于粗略定位光学元件,我们使用蓝色激光 3D 扫描仪;而精细对准则使用 Zygo 干涉仪和 custom 计算机生成全息图。探测器焦点需要使用真空紫外光 collimator 进行迭代式真空中对准。该对准工作在亚利桑那大学受控洁净实验室中完成。
