摘要
我们提供了 QCA（量子细胞自动机）单元可包含 4 个电子的证据，其占据数为 4N+2（N 为整数）。我们表明，单元之间的相互作用可由基于对角占据差异的单元极化公式来描述。我们通过 Configuration-Interaction 方法对 QCA 单元进行完整的量子模拟，电子数从 2 到 6 个不等，验证了我们的假设。
