摘要
基于深度神经网络（DNN）的物理层技术因其增强通信系统的潜力而受到相当关注。然而，物理层的大多数研究往往侧重于将 DNN 模型应用于无线通信问题，而非从理论上理解 DNN 在通信系统中如何工作。在本文中，我们旨在定量分析为何 DNN 在物理层能取得与传统技术相当的性能，以及其在计算复杂度方面的代价。我们进一步研究并在信息论概念下通过实验验证，在基于 DNN 的通信系统中信息是如何流动的。
