最新的Gaia Data Release 3（Gaia DR3）为扩充包含经典造父变星的银河系疏散星团普查提供了契机，从而加强宇宙距离尺度。一项综合分析共得到与45个疏散星团相关的50颗经典造父变星，其中39对疏散星团-经典造父变星被认为很可能是真实的，其余11对被认为可能性较低但值得后续追踪。我们先前确认的两个星团可能容纳经典造父变星（OC-0125/V1788 Cyg和OC-0675/OGLE-BLG-CEP-114）。此外，我们在银河系盘内识别出38个新的疏散星团候选体。
