火球源及其时变性质的来源与位置

摘要
大多数伽玛射线暴（GRB） cosmological 模型都假设在紧凑区域产生``火球''，这一假设是由观察到的GRB短时变异性所暗示的。由于 双对的高密度，此类火球必然对gamma射线不透明，要求gamma射线发射只能在火球膨胀并对gamma射线不透明后才发生。许多``传统''情景将GRB的时间变异解释为由扩散火球中生长的不稳定性所致。本文探索了这种可能性并检验了其有效性。
