HERA 中偏振核-核碰撞的物理潜力

摘要
研究源于 HERA 质子束中内部偏振靶的偏振核-核碰撞物理。基于 240 pb^-1 的积分亮度和 40 GeV 总能量，给出了在广泛 范围内对各种包 Inclusive 和 Exclusive 最终状态的统计灵敏度。通过测量单自旋不对称性，可获得关于更高阶修正及其 依赖性的独特信息。从双自旋不对称性（在光子和 J/psi 生产中）看，似乎可以在 0.1<x_gluon<0.4 范围内以较好的统计精度测量偏振胶子分布。
