哈勃定律表明速度随距离线性增加，就物理上可理解为加速度 cH。本文提出太阳系中这一“普适”加速度与作用于 Pioneer 10/11 航天器的异常加速度之间的关联，其中由 Pioneer 10/11 数据推断的哈勃常数约为 87 km/s/Mpc。从其与马赫原理的关系讨论了其物理含义。
