摘要
年轻疏散星团的观测显示出恒星自转的双峰分布。这些星团中类太阳恒星分为快自转和慢自转两个主要子群体。在约 500 Myrs 年龄之后，两个群体向角速度的单峰分布收敛。我认为疏散星团中恒星自转的这种演化源于快速自转类太阳恒星早期演化中由强星风引起的角动量损失的短暂增强期。
