摘要
我们考察了普遍假设，即相干脉冲射电信号基于扩展的偶子产生，导致等离子体密度显著超过金伯利-朱利安密度。我们以克拉普斯脉冲器观察到的低频(160 MHz)发射为例，证明该模型与扩展偶子产生相容性不足。我们的结果表明，若等离子体过程负责相干性且射电信号来自光柱内部，则显著的偶子产生被排除。
