关于六分仪座矮椭球星系中的运动学子结构

摘要
我们展示了六分仪座矮椭球星系中551颗恒星的多光纤阶梯光栅径向速度结果，并确定了294颗恒星为可能的六分仪座成员。分箱数据的投影速度弥散轮廓在最大角半径30角分内保持平坦。我们引入了一种非参数技术来估计投影速度弥散面，并用其搜索运动学子结构。我们的数据并未证实先前关于六分仪座中心存在运动学上独特恒星族的报告。相反，我们在六分仪座核心半径附近检测到一个在运动学上比整个六分仪座样本更冷的区域，置信度为95%。
