摘要
我们对半导体量子点中受限双激子辐射级联过程中发射的光子对的偏振态进行了全时间分辨层析测量。双激子是通过一个作用于双激子双光子吸收共振的 面积脉冲确定性地引发的。我们的测量表明，所发射光子对的偏振态是最大纠缠的。我们证明，测得的纠缠度仅取决于确定光子对发射时间差的时间分辨率。由此提供了一条制造按需最大偏振纠缠光子对源的途径。
