摘要
光信号的存储与延迟在数据中心、相控阵天线、通信及未来计算架构中起着关键作用。此处我们展示一种基于级联布里渊光存储的延迟方案,可在光子集成电路中任意位置实现多级延迟。重要的是,光域与声域之间的这些多次共振转移仅通过外部光控制脉冲调控,从而无需沿光路对齐多个结构共振即可实现延迟的级联。
