摘要
Beta过程最近被广泛用作机器学习中不同模型（包括潜在特征模型）的非参数先验。本文证明了Paisley & Carin (2009)提出的Beta过程有限维近似的渐近一致性。此外，我们推导了Beta过程的几乎必然近似。该近似提供了一种直接有效模拟Beta过程的方法。文中还包含一个模拟示例，说明了该方法的工作情况，并将其性能与几种现有算法进行了比较。
