M82 中的 OH 线

摘要
在最近的 starburst 星系 M82 中检测到了若干新的主线 OH 射线。已检测到 8 条 5 sigma 以上射线，其中 6 条是新的检测。使用 Very Large Array (VLA) 和 Multi-Element Radio Linked Interferometer Network (MERLIN) 同时覆盖 1665 和 1667 MHz 线， 用于准确测量这些特征的位置和速度。分析数据后， 检测到另外 6 条低于 5 sigma 但速度与来自更可靠检测推断的分布一致的射线， 被分类为可能的检测。
