摘要
展示了一种基于石英增强光声光谱(QEPAS)的痕量气体传感器,由两个声学耦合微谐振器(mR)与离轴20 kHz石英音叉(QTF)构成。完整的声学耦合mR系统基于有限元模拟优化并经实验验证。该QEPAS传感器由纳秒脉冲单模中红外光参量振荡器(MIR OPO)共振泵浦。传感器用于3.1 um至3.5 um波长区域甲烷的光谱测量,分辨率带宽1 cm^-1,检测限0.8 ppm。Allan偏差分析显示QEPAS传感器在最佳积分时间的检测限为32 ppbv@190s,且背景噪声仅源于QTF的热噪声。
