慢光硅光子晶体波导中四波混频的观测

摘要
在硅W1光子晶体波导中观测到了四波混频。测量了闲频光转换效率的色散依赖性,并表明其在表现出慢群速度的波长处得到增强。观测到转换效率增加了12 dB。同时,由于慢光区域中群速度色散的增加,观测到转换带宽的减小。实验观测到的转换效率与数值建模结果一致。
