放电过程中化学元素转变的观测

摘要
本文给出了在纯水中电爆炸极纯材料箔片的实验研究结果。通过放电过程中的光谱测量以及放电后沉积物的质谱分析，均发现出现了新的化学元素。已记录到与化学元素转变相关的“奇异”辐射。提出一种假说，认为“奇异”辐射的粒子具有磁荷。
