摘要
我们研究了来自强阻挫系统——在沿 [111] 方向磁场下的自旋冰 Dy2Ti2O7 的 kagome 冰态——的激发。理论上提出这些激发可被视为磁单极子。自旋关联的中子散射测量表明,在临界点附近,单极子在高密度和低密度状态之间涨落,支持了磁库仑力作用于它们之间的观点。比热测量表明,单极子对的产生服从 Arrhenius 定律,表明单极子的密度可以通过温度和磁场来控制。
