金属性碳纳米管中电子拉曼散射的观测

摘要
我们给出了单根金属性单壁碳纳米管(MSWNT)拉曼光谱中电子贡献的实验测量结果。光激发载流子被跨越类石墨烯线性电子子带所形成的低能电子-空穴对连续谱非弹性散射。MSWNT 中的光学共振产生了明确的电子拉曼峰。这种共振电子拉曼散射是这些一维准金属电子结构所独有的特征。
