摘要
我们考虑检测合同义务与禁止条款的任务。我们表明，自注意力机制通过使 BILSTM 分类器（该任务此前的 state of the art）能够聚焦于指示性词元，从而提升了其性能。我们还引入了一种分层 BILSTM，它将每个句子转换为嵌入，并处理这些句子嵌入以对每句话进行分类。除了训练更快之外，分层 BILSTM 优于扁平模型，即使后者考虑了周边句子，因为分层模型具有更广阔的语篇视野。
