摘要
讨论了极化 和极化 上极化非弹性电子散射中的核效应；在共振区，费米运动效应被发现远大于深非弹性散射中的效应。研究表明，不正确地描述核动力学将导致提取不可靠的中子自旋结构函数；另一方面，我们提出了简单可行的方程，将中子的 Gerasimov -- Drell -- Hearn 积分与 和 的相应量联系起来。通过适当的程序估计了近期 E143 数据中的核效应。
