摘要
我讨论了计算机进步对核战争政策的影响，一方面它通过实现更精确的核冬天模拟，另一方面它通过影响战争意外爆发的概率。我认为，从宇宙视角来看，人类在风险缓解方面的历史记录简直糟糕得不可原谅，这危及了生命在数十亿年间繁荣的潜力。
