环形星系的核光谱

摘要
我们报告对 8 颗南半球环形星系进行的光谱观测，波长范围为 5900-7300 Å。我们发现其中 5 颗星系包含 LINER 或 Sy 核。综合考虑所有已有光谱数据及候选环形星系，约有半数存在 LINER 或圣鲁尔斯 (Seyfert) 核。早型环形星系核部的 [NII]6583 线观测宽度遵循 linewidth - 绝对亮度关系，适用于正常的 E/S0 星系。我们发现其中一颗观测星系 - ESO 576-G69 - 是一个新确认的具螺旋宿主星系的环形星系。
