激发离子中电子俘获的核激发

摘要
最近首次观察到空轨道中电子俘获后的核激发。迄今为止，该过程截面的评估广泛采用假设离子在俘获前处于电子基态。我们表明，取消这一限制后，新的俘获通道出现，导致电子俘获共振强度提升超过三个数量级。
