关于远场显微学与信息论中超分辨率分类的注记

摘要
近年来，已发展出多种成功克服衍射分辨率极限的远场显微学技术。为这些技术建立统一的分类方案显然是令人向往的。我们论证指出，基于光学系统信息容量的现有分类方案难以轻易推广以涵盖例如 STED 显微学或基于单分子成像的技术。我们建议基于 Abbe 极限的重建进行分类。
