Kondo系统的非线性响应:直流与交流隧穿电流

摘要
研究了安德森杂质系统在恒定和交变电场共同作用下的非平衡隧穿电流。含时的Schrieffer-Wolff变换将含时安德森哈密顿量映射为Kondo哈密顿量。对Kondo耦合强度进行微扰展开至三阶,得到了隧穿电流的极其简单的解析表达式。发现零偏压异常被交流场抑制。直流分量和一次谐波均被Kondo效应同等增强,而高次谐波相对较小。这些结果在Kondo温度以下同样成立。
