强 terahertz 场下半导体的非线性光学

摘要
本文基于双线Feynman图构建了强 terahertz 电场下半导体的非线性光学理论，完全考虑了强 terahertz 场的非perturbation效应，方法是将Floquet态作为Feynman图中的传播线。
