摘要
将具有界面的体系的非平衡热力学方法应用于研究突变半导体结中的热电子发射过程，包括表面态效应。我们的分析涵盖了不同感兴趣的情况，涉及单极和双极体系，无论是否简并，有无界面态，以及在稳态和非稳态条件下。通过这种方式，提出了一个完整的热电子发射-界面态过程的唯象模型，克服了现有模型的一些固有局限性。
