耦合量子比特中的非平衡纠缠与噪声

摘要
我们研究了两个库仑耦合的双量子点在热平衡和稳态非平衡传输条件下的电荷纠缠。在传输 regime 中，纠缠表现出明确的开关阈值，以及由于量子 Zeno 局部化或由相互作用引起的能隙抑制隧穿导致的各种限制。我们还计算了量子噪声谱，并讨论了间隙电流关联作为传输实验中纠缠指示器。
