摘要
我们研究了一种一维半导体量子环和一种有限宽度环对强短暂时依赖扰动（介于 THz 频段）的响应差异。在两种情况下，持久电流都通过系统众多电子态的非绝对隧穿改变而被修改，但在每种情况下都通过不同的机制实现。
