La 基高温铜氧化物局部结构的 NMR 研究

摘要
迄今为止，在无稀土元素的 La2-xSrxCuO4 (LSCO) 高温铜氧化物中，尚未发现宏观结构相变至空间群为 P42/ncm 的低温四方结构（LTT）的证据。通过对单晶进行 Cu-NMR 研究，我们发现当 x=0.12 时，空间非相干的 LTT 结构在 50 K 以下出现。这种非相干结构被认为在 x=1/8 附近超导性轻微抑制中起着关键作用。
