基于Na3Sc2(PO4)3:Yb3+结构相变的NIR到NIR比值计和寿命型luminescence温度计

摘要
比值计方法是luminescence计温学中最常采用的数据读取技术。为解决高谱分离发射带(由于周围介质的色散)导致测量扰动风险与基于Stark能级热化的比值计低灵敏度之间的权衡,我们提出一种基于结构相变的计温方法。采用Yb3+掺杂剂,并结合与热力学单斜面向三角面相变相关的Stark能级能量变化,可开发出一种在340K时实现较高相对灵敏度(S_rel=340K)的计温器。此外,所示的结构相变改变了Yb3+ 2F5/2态辐射去占据概率,使得开发基于寿命的luminescence计温器成为可能。 Furthermore, the phase transition temperature and consequent thermometric performance of can be modulated by varying the Yb3+ ion concentration, offering additional tunability for specific applications。
