NGC5694：又一个河外球状星团

通过分析 UVES@FLAMES 高分辨率光谱，我们讨论了外晕球状星团 NGC5694 中六颗巨星元素的化学组成。该星团的平均铁含量为 [Fe/H]=--1.83+-0.01，具有太阳标度的 [alpha/Fe] 比值以及极低的钡丰度（[Ba/Fe]=--0.71+-0.06）。这些异常的丰度模式不同于在其他晕族球状星团中观测到的模式，但与典型矮椭球星系中贫金属星的丰度模式相似。这些发现表明 NGC5694 具有河外起源，可能源自一个矮椭球星系。
