摘要
环境保护非政府组织对于监测与保护相关的媒体以及及时获取基础设施建设项目的更新具有重大兴趣，因为这些项目可能对关键保护区造成巨大影响。然而，此类监测困难且耗时。我们介绍 NewsPanda，一个自动检测并分析与环境保护和基础设施建设相关的在线文章的工具包。我们使用主动学习方法和噪声校正算法微调基于 BERT 的模型，以识别与保护和基础设施建设相关的文章。对于识别出的文章，我们进行进一步分析，提取关键词并寻找潜在相关来源。NewsPanda 自 2022 年 2 月起已成功部署于英国、印度和尼泊尔的世界自然基金会团队。它目前监测印度和尼泊尔超过 80,000 个网站和 1,074 个保护地，每周节省超过 30 小时人力。我们现已将其扩展至覆盖全球 60,000 个保护地。
