接触热电制冷的新物理原理

摘要
我们提出了一种关于接触热电制冷（佩尔蒙效应）的新理论方法。分析了金属-金属、金属-n 型半导体、金属-p 型半导体以及 p-n 结接触。考察了退化与非退化电子和空穴气体。讨论了复合作用在接触制冷效应中的作用。
