碳纳米管的新家族

摘要
提出了碳单壁纳米管的根本性新家族。这些纳米管称为graphynes，通过在石墨基纳米管中引入yne基团来延长共价互连。类似于普通纳米管，arm-chair、zig-zag和chiral graphynes纳米管也是可能的。使用紧束缚和ab initio密度泛函方法预测其电子属性，显示出丰富的金属和半导体行为。
