千帕秒尺度类星体喷流的光学新探测

摘要
我们报告利用 {\it Hubble Space Telescope} 档案图像,对两颗类星体 arcsecond 尺度射电喷流的光学辐射进行初始探测结果。光学辐射呈现出非常明显的结节状特征,与喷流中高洛伦兹因子电子的同步辐射相一致。将这些观测与先前在其他类星体中报道的特征相结合,似乎出现一种趋势:这些射电-光学谱指数比类似功率较低射电源喷流中特征的谱指数更陡峭。
